General Terms and Conditions of Saboga Lodge (SL)

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-out: 10:00 AM

If your room is ready before the official check-in time, we will gladly offer an early room handover. Additionally, we provide a convenient baggage storage area where you can securely store your belongings. 

Enjoy the flexibility of a late check-out (until 2pm), subject to availability, for an additional fee of $25.

To accommodate changes in departure and arrival times, guests are kindly requested to inform SL in advance. Our team will confirm availability and make necessary arrangements accordingly. We also offer the option for drop-off or pick-up outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, with prior arrangement.

CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes in check-in dates are subject to availability and must be approved by SL. Please note that accepting a change in check-in dates may be treated as a cancellation and is subject to the policies outlined in our cancellation policy.

Our cancellation policies are as follows: 


  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will not incur any penalties, but a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. 
  • Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a 50% penalty of the total reservation value. 
  • Cancellations made within 7 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a 100% penalty of the total reservation value. 
  • In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be subject to a 100% penalty of the reservation value. 

 

We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your travel plans, and we strive to be fair in our cancellation policy while also ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge.

Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD, including prices shown in our brochure or on our website. The Guests agree to pay the rental of the Suite(s) for the duration of the Reservation Contract and all applicable fees for additional services requested by the Guests. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard or VISA). Guests must complete and return a credit card authorization form and will be asked to complete a digital identity with Aver Online, a company with the highest level of regulatory compliance and data security.
  • Every visitor must leave their Credit Card data as a deposit to deduct their consumption at Check Out time. Otherwise, you must pay for each consumption immediately.

Adults Only

We want to make sure that your stay is pleasant and without interruptions, which is why we have established a policy for adults only. This measure guarantees a calm and adequate environment to enjoy moments of rest and free from distractions.

If you would like to enjoy Saboga with kids, you can stay at Villa Noelia, by Saboga Lodge (kids from 12 years old).

 

PETS

We love pets, but they are not allowed at Saboga Lodge. 

If you would like to bring your pet, you can do so in Villa Noelia, by Saboga Lodge.

FOODS AND Drinks

The entry of Food and Beverages is not allowed at Saboga Lodge. Our bar and restaurant Koral Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let us know if you have any restrictions or food allergies beforehand. 

MUSIC

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing your own sound system or playing music outside of your room. We provide music in designated areas such as our restaurant and pool area, where you can relax and enjoy a pleasant ambiance.

Smoking

To ensure a smoke-free environment for the comfort and well-being of all our guests, SL strictly prohibits smoking in the suites and designated non-smoking areas. Any smoking activity in the suite or in prohibited common areas will result in an automatic fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for everyone.

Behaviour

We kindly request that all guests at Saboga Lodge conduct themselves in a considerate manner, ensuring that their actions do not disrupt the peaceful atmosphere or interfere with the enjoyment of other lodge residents. Your cooperation in maintaining a harmonious environment is greatly appreciated.

Guest registration

Please inform SL of the number of adults staying in the rooms for your reservation.

Rates

Please note that the rates provided are not applicable during blackout dates. The rates mentioned are net rates and are calculated on a per-night basis. Additionally, these rates are applicable for single and double occupancy and are quoted in US dollars.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The Guests acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for any loss, injury, damage, cost, action, or cause of action arising from their own actions, the actions of permitted Occupants, or any person they invite to their suite. SL shall not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen articles belonging to the Guests during their stay or left in the suite after their departure. The Guests hereby release and waive any claims against SL, including its Officers, Directors, Managers, Employees, Agents, and Contractors, for any liability, injury, loss, or damage, including personal injury or death, arising from their exclusive possession and use of the suite until the Departure Date.

TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION CONTRACT

SL has the right to terminate a reservation at any time due to abuse of staff or other guests, mistreatment of the suite or criminal activity by the occupants of the suite or their guests. In such circumstances, SL is not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. The notice period and the applicable return are entirely at the discretion of SL.
