GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rates are not valid during blackout dates. These rates are net rates and are calculated per night. These rates are for single and double occupancy in US dollars.
All prices are quoted in USD, including prices shown in our brochure or on our website. The Guests agree to pay the rental of the Apartment (s) for the duration of the Reservation Contract and all applicable fees for additional services requested by the Guests. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard, VISA or AMEX). Guests must complete and return a credit card authorization form and will be asked to complete a digital identity with Aver Online, a company with the highest level of regulatory compliance and data security.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Guests agree to indemnify SL for loss, injury, damage, cost, action or cause of action of any nature caused by any of the Guests, permitted Occupants or any person they invite to their suite. SL is not responsible in any way for the lost, damaged or stolen articles of the Guests used or contained in the Apartment during the stay of the Guests or left in the Apartment once the Guests have vacated. The Guest (s) hereby release, waive and forever release SL, its Officers, Directors, Managers, Employees, Agents and Contractors, from any and all liability, injury, loss and damage, including personal injury and death that may arise from or in relation to the exclusive possession of the Apartment Guests and the use of the Suite until the Departure Date, when or as they occur.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Se solicita a los huéspedes que abandonen la suite a las 11:00 a.m. y que los huéspedes que lleguen se registren a las 4:00 p.m. la salida está sujeta a una tarifa adicional. Los cambios requeridos por los Huéspedes en la hora de salida y llegada deben ser informados a SL para la confirmación de disponibilidad. Previa solicitud, se pueden hacer arreglos previos para la devolución o recogida después del horario comercial, fines de semana y feriados.
As of March 16, 2020, all new reservations made between March 16 and April 14, 2020 are fully refundable. Notice of cancellation must be delivered 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Beginning April 15, 2020, all new cancellations made within less than 30 days of your scheduled stay will be refunded in credits that will be applied to future stays.
* Credits can be used for future reservations within 1 year from the effective date of cancellation.
SL must be notified in writing for any reservation cancellation. There will be a thirty (30) day penalty for any cancellation made without such notice.
TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION CONTRACT
SL has the right to terminate a reservation at any time due to abuse of staff or other guests, mistreatment of the apartment or criminal activity by the occupants of the suite or their guests. In such circumstances, SL is not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. The notice period and the applicable return are entirely at the discretion of SL.
Guests must inform SL of the number of people staying in the suite (adults and children).
SL offers a smoke-free environment for all of our guests. Any smoking activity in the suite or in prohibited common areas will be subject to an automatic fine of $ 500.
Our guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not cause a nuisance or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other residents of the building.
